How does it work?

 

1 Try it out

When your order arrives, give it a go. Test it out to make sure it meets your needs. Please make sure you trial on a clean surface and keep the packaging in tact; we require the product to be in brand new condition and in original packaging to accept return

 

2 Send it back

If the product is not for you, get in touch and let us know within 30 days of the date of delivery. WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. For larger items (scooters and wheelchairs) we will even organise it for you too

 

3 Get your money back

Once the item/s arrive back, we will inspect them to make sure all is in order and then give you a full refund of the purchase price
